Nicholas Nyamali is the Group Managing Director of Investment One Financial Services Limited. He holds two Masters’ Degrees in Law and Economics as well as an MBA from the London Business School.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and a member of the Institute of Securities & Investment, UK. Nicholas started his career as a Barrister & Solicitor with Haruna & Co. He then worked with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) before joining GTBank Plc, working at various times in the legal, corporate banking and corporate finance teams. He thereafter worked with Barclays Capital, London and Mckinsey & Co, London before returning to Nigeria to set up Investment One Financial Services Limited (then GTB Asset Management Limited, a former subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.).
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Ilorin and an MBA from Bayero University Kano. He is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).
He started his career as an Audit Trainee with Ibrahim Yusuf & Co a firm of Chartered Accountant and Financial Consultant. He has a stint at Criss Cross Organization as an Administrative Officer. He joined National Orthopaedic Hospital Management Board as an Administrative Officer. He joined CSL Stockbrokers Limited and later joined INVESTMENT ONE Financial Services Limited (then GTB Asset Management Limited). He currently oversees the investment management division at Investment One Financial Services Limited.
Kemi holds a B.Sc. in Political Science and a Diploma in Law, both from the Ogun State (Olabisi Onabanjo) University, Ogun State. She has attended several leadership and performance enhancement courses obtaining a vast array of skills, cutting across Customer Service and Business Development. She has vast experience from the telecommunications industry having started her career with Multi-Links Telecomm Nigeria Limited, and subsequently Econet Wireless Nigeria (now Airtel) as pioneer staff.
Kemi is a pioneer staff of Investment One Financial Services Group who has at various times, held Leadership roles in Customer Experience Management, Retail Business Development, Relationship Management and Sales (High Net Worth Individuals) and Trusteeship. She currently oversees the Group Corporate Service Division at Investment One Financial.
Ike Eze is the Chief Executive Officer of AJOCARD LIMITED (private fintech company) and member of Board of Directors of several other companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from San Francisco State University, School of Engineering USA and a Masters of Business Administration, Finance and Strategic Management from THE WHARTON SCHOOL, University of Pennsylvania.
He has over 29 years’ experience working in Information technology, management consultancy, Consumer financial services and FINTECH in USA, Europe and Africa. He has Lived and worked in 6 different countries (England, India, Nigeria, Togo, USA and Zimbabwe)
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Mathematics obtained from University of Benin, Benin-City and MBA (Finance & Investment specialization) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an Associate Chartered Stockbroker (ACS), an Authorized Dealing Clerk (ADC) of the Nigeria Stock Exchange and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment(CISI), UK. He has attended several local and international trainings, seminars and workshops including School of Leadership & Strategic Management in Banking in UAE, London School of Retail & Digital Banking etc.
Francis has over 17 years industry experience; he started his career with CSL Stockbrokers Limited in Abuja where he worked as Head, Operations and later as Head of Marketing before he joined GTB Asset Management Limited now Investment One Financial Services Limited to set up the Abuja branch of the company. He has served in different capacity in Investment One Group. He is currently the Managing Director of Investment One Stockbrokers Int’l Limited.
